When a customer pays for their booking, we hold the funds safely in an escrow account until the booking has taken place. The reason for this is to add a layer of protection for both you and the customer.


By having the escrow account, we're able to take the full payment upfront from the customer, thus ensuring that the money is there for you to get paid. However, it also protects the customer by allowing us to easily refund them in the highly unlikely event of the booking falling through.


24 hours after the booking date and time, the balance will automatically be transferred to your bank account. This is outlined further in our Terms & Conditions.
