Once you've sent an enquiry for your experience, the provider will send you a reply and a quote. We'll email you to let you know when this happens.
In order to book your experience or reply to the provider:
- Step 1: Login to Tobooka
- Step 2: Click "Messages" in the top right corner
- Step 3: Click into the message about the experience you'd like to book
- Step 4: Click one of the big orange "Checkout now" buttons at the top of the page or in the right panel
- Step 5: If this is your first experience with us, enter your card and contact details. If you've booked with us before, choose your payment method or add a new one.
- Step 6: Double check the details in the right panel to make sure you're happy
- Step 7: Click Submit to pay
You're all done! We'll email you a booking confirmation. If you need to contact the experience provider again, feel free to do so either in Tobooka's messaging system or by using the provider's direct contact details that will now show under "Bookings" in the top right of your Tobooka account.
NOTE: Quotes expire after 7 days, as the provider often has others looking to book and can't reserve your place. If you miss the quote deadline, don't worry! Just ask the provider to send through a new quote if they're still available.
