Sometimes things pop up. Don't worry, we get it. That's why we have our cancellation policy:
- If you cancel more than 2 weeks before your booking date, we'll be able to send you all of your money back.
- If you cancel within 2 weeks of your booking date, we'll still be able to send you 50% of your money back. The reason we can't give you the full amount back is because the experience provider is unlikely to find someone else to fill your spot on such short notice.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking time, unfortunately, we will be unable to offer a refund. At this point, the experience provider won't be able to find someone to fill your spot and may have already started preparing for your experience.
