So someone has booked your experience - yay! Now it's time to make sure you and they have all the information you'll need for the day.
You can get in touch with the customer by messaging them on the Tobooka website or by emailing them directly (their email address will now be in the "Bookings" section on your account).
Things to remember to check:
- Have you told your customer what to wear?
- Have you told your customer what to bring?
- Have you given your customer your full address and instructions on where to meet? (or if you're going to them, have you found out what their full address is?)
- If it's food related, have you asked for their dietary requirements?
Make sure to get all the information you need well in advance of your booking date to avoid any last minute stress :)
