We have a cancellation policy in place to protect our business owners:


  • If a customer cancels or makes changes more than 2 weeks before the booking date, we'll give them a full refund.


  • If a customer cancels or makes changes within 2 weeks of the booking date, we'll give them a 50% refund. The reason we can't give you the full amount back is because the experience provider is unlikely to find someone else to fill your spot on such short notice.


  • If a customer cancels or makes changes within 48 hours of the booking time, we do not offer a refund at all.
