If something unexpected comes up and a supplier has to cancel your experience, we will do everything we can to find you an alternative. If we aren't able to find an alternative, or if you'd just prefer it, we will issue you a full refund for your booking.

We hold your money safely until 24 hours after the day of your booking, so that even if it is cancelled last minute, we are still able to issue you a full refund. Please let us know ASAP by sending us a live chat stating your email address and the experience you booked if this is the case so that we can issue you a refund straight away.

Each supplier will have their own cancellation policy regarding weather. If you would like to know if they will cancel due to wet or windy weather, or if they'll continue on rain, hail or shine, please send the supplier a message.
